Courtney Houston is a seasoned paralegal with more than 17 years of experience supporting civil litigation for plaintiffs. Her extensive background allows her to navigate with precision, efficiency, and a strong attention to detail—always with the client’s best interests at the forefront.  Courtney leads the behind-the-bar trial organization and efforts, having served in this capacity in many successful Kentucky jury trials.

Raised in a military family, Courtney lived on various military bases across the US and overseas.  Her upbringing instilled a love for diversity and learning. These values shape her professional approach and reinforce her commitment to advocating for both clients and the community. Courtney  is a strong proponent of community-based services and believes meaningful work extends well beyond the office.
